The Huaca Pucllana Restaurant (General Borgoño, Cuadra 8, Miraflores) continues its rapid descent in quality. They abuse of the monopoly conferred by the spectacular view of the ruins, and although it is undeniable that it is thanks to the Restaurant that these ruins are well kept, it remains a place with interesting food but horrendous service, in addition to being expensive for Lima. If you are a tourist that comes to Lima for the first time, then go visit it and ask for a Table on the terrace to enjoy the view. If on the other hand you have been there before, don´t go back and avoid wasting your money. Old napkins, waiters that interrupt constantly, horrendously dirty wine list when it finally arrives after having been requested 3 times...
