La Casa de Don Cucho

Arriving to La Casa de Don Cucho (Calle 8, Lote 14-A, Hacienda Casa Blanca, Pachacamac) is a nightmare because of traffic, combis, and terrible dirt roads. Once there, it is necessary to recognize the effort to provide good service, despite being an enormous restaurant, possibly with more than 300 tables. Food it typically criolla, good but without sophistication, heavy, and of portions that are grossly large. The ambiance is of a little town fair, with dirty bathrooms, kids yelling everywhere, and clowns totally out of place. It is not recommendable under any point of view, unless, of course, you are an Anthropologist working on a Dissertation about Peruvian popular culture.
