Tony Roma's Santa Cruz
Because everything else was closed, we opted for dinner at the recently opened Tony Roma's (Avenida Santa Cruz 914, Miraflores). The investment in the post-industrial architecture is noteworthy, in addition to the very attentive and correct service. Nevertheless the ambiance was cold and poor. Of the cocktails, the Maracuya Sour was very bad, but the Caipirinha excellent. Food is typical of a chain restaurant, and it seems to have been pre-cooked and simply placed in the micro-oven before serving, just like plane food. We don't plan to go back.
