Today we ventured to Pescados Capitales for lunch, and surprisingly the wait at 2:30 PM was only 15 minutes (no doubt because everybody is in the beach for the holidays).
For the first time, we ate exceptionally well: Salmon with Risotto for Illuminata, Lenguado al Ajo for myself, and a delicious Causa de Langostinos to share. The place immediately invites relaxation, possibly because the semi-open style and the very high ceilings. Service has improved noticeably, but maybe we were lucky today given how unpredictable it can be.
Like magic, it is a place where one always goes back, notwithstanding the complaints when something goes wrong, which is not rare, but perhaps due to the high volume of visitors.
Pescados Capitales maintains its charm.
